Our Story

Adkinns started as a revolutionary idea within the hallways of William Trucker Investment Portfolio when the company management discovered it had major investments in over a dozen building technology manufacturers in 1997, but at the time the company opted to shelf that idea in favor of keeping each company separate to simplify their sales if the need arose, it wasn’t until 2019 when the idea was revisited after the merger with Rödner Willis Investment Fund, combined the two companies owned major investments in over sixty technology manufacturers, simplifying the decision to establish Adkinns with the purpose of combining their multitude of investment portfolios in technology companies under a single holding umbrella entity.

The two companies began a quest to acquire all remaining stakes in each of their sixty technology manufacturers giving them full authority to reorganize the manufacturers as they saw fit, and with the joining of a few young and brilliant minds and the support of industry leading professionals and analysts to help envision how Adkinns would best utilize the manufacturing capacity of over sixty companies and factories, Adkinns management team was able to develop the brand new manufacturing concept they dubbed the “Adkinns Way”.

Additionally, Adkinns combined its research and development expertise to further develop the product technologies and enhance quality while reducing costs, as well as, ODM product components (that Adkinns does not manufacture itself) and source raw materials from the best component manufacturers and material sources to enrich its products with the best in class components and raw materials.

With these changes Adkinns has kicked off its plan to go public with its new rebranded products throughout the early 2020s to establish Adkinns as a major force in the buildings technology industry, capitalizing on each of its brand’s product advancements, higher quality, competitive pricing, and existing base of clientele.

The Adkinns Way

With a few young and brilliant minds and the support of industry leading professionals and analysts, Adkinns has devised a method which it has dubbed the “Adkinns Way”, by which it group manufactures products based on their building components not their final product, this method helps increase quality by utilizing the expertize of each production engineer and technician in their most well known area of knowledge and greatly reduce costs of operation, downtime and raw material utilization, the method has been based on years of experience in the buildings technology industry representing the culmination of Adkinns’ previous subsidiaries, investments, and brand experience combined to form the “Adkinns Way”.

The “Adkinns Way” is based on four building principles to achieve the balance of quality and cost, at its core is the cluster manufacturing technology method to achieve unprecedented savings.

CLUSTER MANUFACTURING

Adkinns has developed and deployed a new method of cluster manufacturing that divides manufacturing facilities by product components rather than product types or final products.
This new method has drastically enhanced product manufacturing costs and time by reducing raw material stocks, raw material waste, production shift times and rotations, production training, and increased production speed while enhancing product quality.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Adkinns has always been concerned with the development of unique cost saving and customer satisfying solutions while incorporating the latest technologies in its products, not only that, but to lead the market with creative and unthought-of innovations to achieve product superiority.

Adkinns has realized that the highest product quality means that not every product has to be 100% manufactured in house, a lesson Adkinns has learned from its predecessors, as such Adkinns has chosen to partner with specific, successful, high end companies to source product accessories and components that that are designed by Adkinns’ Research and Development team but would be of better quality and cost if sourced from the market’s leading mass production manufacturers of those specific components.
